Sample ordering exists so buyers can evaluate product fit, presentation, or packaging direction before a broader wholesale conversation. Samples are not the same as a full wholesale order.
When samples make sense
Sample review is most useful when the buyer needs a physical checkpoint before a larger quote discussion. It is less useful when the main question is category fit, quantity planning, or whether the line belongs in the assortment at all. In those cases, start with the quote route and buying guides first.
